PAH degradation[edit]

A point about the genome was featured in "Did you know?" so I added another one from the same reference. It's interesting because something (hydrophobicity) led to interest in decoding the genome, and that research has already indicated it may be more capable than average at decomposing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which are toxic and often highly carcinogenic, in the soil. Edibility[edit]

This page doesn't make much sense, because it contradicts itself. It both says "It is considered inedible" and "In Tlaxcala, Mexico, it is collected in June and sold in the market." Why does it say that?
