Name[edit]

The Oxford Companion lists PJG under "Jones Griffiths, Philip", rather than "Griffiths, Philip Jones". Any other input? -- Hoary 13:28, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Arrival in Vietnam[edit]

The Oxford Companion says PJG arrived in Vietnam in 1968, not 1966. Any authoritative evidence either way? -- Hoary 13:28, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Edit-a-thon at the National Library of Wales[edit]

Just a heads-up please to all admires of Philip Jones Griffiths' work. Jason Evans, the new Wikipedian in Resident at the National Library, will host an edit-a-thon of Welsh photographers whose work are held at the Library. More details can be found here. Several iconic Photographs by PJG have been added to Wiki Commons for the first time ever. More will follow soon. But for now, why not add these images to this article? Thanks!
