Hi I am a student from Imperial College London, and I have to edit this article as part of my Science Communications course. I intend to add the following points:

Structure
Maturation process
Function
Bacterial manipulation / evasion

Also, I think this article could be merged together with the page for Phagolysosome. I will include that as a subheading under Maturation Process.
