Explain "pro se" and consider global audience[edit]

This article needs to explain "pro se", not just wiki-link to the term, as most readers know nothing about the meaning of Latin legal terminology used in United States Courts. Technical articles should be explained in plain English. Also, in other legal jurisdictions different terms may be used, such as "personal litigant" or "self-representation". Editors should also consider that the law and court procedure may differ by country, which may change the way this fraud is implemented or even whether it is feasible, or not; as well as the way the fraud can come to authorities attention, who to complain to and what mitigation action can be taken. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 02:47, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
