Place of birth[edit]

The external link says "Chester, England", but another source (http://www.lfpress.com/sports/hockey/2010/06/29/14561331.html) says Ellesmere, England. These can't both be correct, but Ellesmere Port (not Ellesmere) is near Chester so that's a possibility. Peter James (talk) 20:39, 16 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
