Hypenated surname?[edit]

Re this edit summary[1]: "The name is Egerton-Warburton, not Egerton Warburton (see Arley Hall, Cheshire and other places for confirmation)"

Both Percival Serle (Dictionary of Australian Biography [2]) and Denison Deasey (Australian Dictionary of Biography [3]) refer to him as "Warburton, Peter Egerton". I also have seen him referred to as "Egerton-Warburton, Peter" but am more inclined to lean towards the unhyphenated version given the authority of the citations above. — Moondyne 12:05, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
