Page move

This article was recently moved from Pete Gross to Peter R. Gross in order to make way for an article on another Pete Gross. Now, I grew up listening to Pete Gross and Steve Raible call Seahawks games on the radio, so what I'm about to say is a no-brainer to me. It may not be as obvious to others. This person is commonly known as Pete Gross. It appears that the editor who made this move took advantage of the fact that the article begins with "Peter R. Gross" rather than "Pete Gross" as sole justification for the move. I feel that this action was taken with little regard for either WP:COMMONNAME or WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Moreover, "the voice of the Seahawks", especially for as many years as Gross filled that role, is a pretty obvious indication of notability. The notability of the other Pete Gross isn't quite as obvious, and in fact that article carries a faint whiff of being a work for hire of some "Internet celebrity" of questionable notability. Yes, the music executive should be moved to Pete Gross (entertainment), and probably submitted to AfD if better sources aren't found. Peter R. Gross should be moved back to Pete Gross. It looks like about 3 or 4 promotional biographies of people related to the Summit Series have been created. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 20:15, 14 September 2014 (UTC)
