Someone deleted information on the financial management history of the Center. This information has been included again and needs to be included in the article. The financial management history of the Center and the reports of the Legislative Auditor showing control problems are relevant. This is verifiable information and is available from the Office of the Legislative Auditor's web site in Minnesota.
