Fair use rationale for Image:Pepper Lunch.gif[edit]

Image:Pepper Lunch.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Pepper Lunch USA[edit]

There is a similar restaurant called Pepper Lunch USA in Milpitas, CA. The menu is significantly different from stores in Japan, but the logo is the same. Does anyone know if they are officially connected? For the time being, I removed the United States from the article's list of countries with branches, since it is not mentioned in the company website's list of international locations. Still not sure about that Milpitas one. However, a Pepper Lunch did recently open up in Irvine, CA and that one is actually on the current list of locations. 68.8.39.96 (talk) 06:03, 20 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
