Racism and the PAJC[edit]

One passage currently reads: "There were a number of reasons for the dissatisfaction but the primary issues were related to the treatment of the United Pentecostal Church of black (Negro) ministers[2]. While there has been much improvement in the area of race relations since the 1940s, the reality is that the problem within the UPC dealing with persons of color was reflected throughout society [4]."

The reference currently given for this is a dictionary definition of racism, but this reference doesn't verify that the alleged problem within the UPC is (or was) solely a symptom of wider racism. Can we get a better reference verifying this? Otherwise this appears to be WP:NOR. Thanks, VerticalDrop (talk) 09:35, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
