Unclear timeline[edit]

“However, it is most influenced by American law due to the occupation after World War II.”

If the Penal Code was passed in 1907, this seems unlikely. If it is referring to changes made in the code, then those should be discussed but a section discussing the influences of the original code should be included. 172.59.137.45 (talk) 13:04, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
