Founding date[edit]

In the Canadian Hockey League guidebook, it states that the "Pembroke Lumber Kings" were champions of the "Ottawa District Hockey Association" in 1936, 1961. The same list also mentions the "Pembroke-Hull Canadiens" as district champions in 1959. Does anyone have other information? The founding date might be incorrect. There have been multiple Lumber King teams. At all levels. All I've been able to find is that the current Lumber Kings were founded in 1958 as members of the Interprovincial Junior Hockey League which predates both the OHDJHL and the CJHL as predecessors. Could they date back further? Possibly, but we can barely get standings from the CJHL let alone its predecessors. DMighton (talk) 13:00, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

recent stats[edit]

updated the season summaries from 2018-present. (CCHL website) a couple of gaps--2020-21--there were exhibition games played. not listed 2021-22--not listed whom they lost playoff to. 2023-24--just eliminated this past weekend. Hope this is just a start, and accurate as best as I could transcribe. BTW--any idea to get the yellow out?? 205.189.94.88 (talk) 17:30, 4 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
