Inconsistency[edit]

"It is a legal enclave (considered international territory) following from a 1969 agreement with the French government." Other pages say that it escaped occupation in WWII for this reason; if this is the case it must have been before 1969. --Random832 (contribs) 16:13, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
