Untitled[edit]

'D6' has now on three occasions vandalistically tried to place the dead actor Patrick Cargill in the category of 'Living People'. If this happens again I will move to have their account blocked.

... I think you'd be better advised to let Docu (talk · contribs) know that his bot, D6 (talk · contribs), is making a mistake. It would probably get results more effectively. -- Antaeus Feldspar 17:39, 14 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Not really "vandalistically", it's just that Category:1996 deaths was missing. In the meantime Runcorn fixed it. Thanks. -- User:Docu

Carry On Nurse 1959[edit]

Although he did not appear in this, the second and most internationally popular, entry in the series - the film was based on the stage play "Ring For Catty" Patrick Cargill co-wrote with Jack Beale.

'Many' - or 'Merry'?[edit]

The Many Wives of Patrick

Are you sure this wasn't called 'The Merry Wives of Patrick'? Valetude (talk) 15:04, 10 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced personal info[edit]

Personal information unsourced for six years is just not acceptable for Wikipedia, whether the subject is alive or dead. I am going to delete it unless anyone watching this page has any evidence to support the text. Tony Holkham (Talk) 16:13, 23 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

War record?[edit]

It sounds as though he'd just been commissioned as a regular officer at the outbreak of the war. Where was he posted? Any anecdotes? Valetude (talk) 13:33, 29 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
