@Thnidu: I cleaned up original research, unsourced content, unreliable content, factually incorrect content, and unencyclopedic content. The majority of the article is directly quoted which is not allowed. I'll be working on the article to improve it to meet Wikipedia's standards. Omo Obatalá(talk) 05:32, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Omo Obatalá: Thank you for explaining. That makes good sense.
But I don't think it was appropriate to change orisha to orichá throughout. For one thing, it misrepresents the second consonant sound in English; for another, orisha seems to be the most common spelling in English sources and is the primary spelling in this Wiktionary, with orisa and orixa listed as alternative forms (but not oricha, with or without acute accent). --Thnidu (talk) 07:16, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Thnidu: No problem. I find "Clean up" to be a simple wording to express my edits, but I apologize for not going into detail in my edit summary.
I didn't change Orisha to Orichá throughout, that was done by someone else, not exactly sure who as I didn't check through revisions... But I have changed it back to the neutral "Orisha". Omo Obatalá(talk) 18:58, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
P.S. Orisha is the English spelling, Orisa is the Yoruba spelling, Orixa(á) is the Portuguese spelling, and Oricha(á) is the Spanish spelling. Since the article is not specifically regarding the Portuguese or Spanish tradition, it is best to use Orisha, which I have corrected. Omo Obatalá(talk) 18:58, 10 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
