The result of the move request was: Moved. I've also placed a "not to be confused with" tag at the top. (non-admin closure). Anarchyte (work | talk) 10:33, 2 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Passionfruit (Drake song)Passionfruit (song) – It's the only song with the exact title as being one word 86.176.4.145 (talk) 19:00, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

hmm, take a look at this In ictu oculi (talk) 18:21, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
On the album release, the song is spelled as one word. That's what we seem to be going by. CB19 (talk) 21:12, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
We are going by that now as current title. The question for removing artist name is are all sources consistent "Passionfruit" one word, to which the answer is "no". At the very least (Fujifabric song) should be moved as that is what is likely to confuse people who think Drake's song is spelled "Passion Fruit" two words. • Oppose – I fail to understand the enthusiam for removing useful disambiguating info from titles like this. Dicklyon (talk) 04:44, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support I agree that we should proceed with the change as soon as possible. Searches for "Passionfruit" have seen a dramatic increase over past few days as it seems it will be the hit from the album. Make the change to avoid users getting confused SomewhereInLondon (talk) 04:46, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Confused with what? Keeping "Drake" won't confuse people looking for the Drake song. In fact adding (Fujifabric song) to the other song might be more helpful. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:22, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support because there isn't another song called Passionfruit spelled as one word in the database so in my opinion I don't think it has to have Drake's name in the title to distinguish it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Trillfendi (talkcontribs) 19:39, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Agree. CB19 (talk) 21:12, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support; no other song is on record here with the name spelled as one word. CB19 (talk) 21:12, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support; Yup, this is the only Passionfruit spelled as one word. You should add Fujifabric to the other one. BlaccCrab (talk) 20:21, 27 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per reasons above; due to strong support already I believe this move discussion should be closed early. 2601:8C:4001:DCB9:952:647D:7C02:7C83 (talk) 01:22, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per all the aboves. Calidum 22:03, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose Despite how it is spelled, the title is ambiguous. How are readers supposed to know the difference between Passion Fruit (song) and Passionfruit (song) just on sight? How would the added disambiguation not be helpful to those not sure? --StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 16:16, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Because that song is irrelevant aka no one is going to look for its page...on top of that we would add Fujifabric to it's name and leave Drake's as (song). BlaccCrab (talk) 16:50, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. The governing titling convention here is WP:SONGDAB, according to which we do not include the artist name is the disambiguation if there's no other song of the same title. Passionfruit (song) and Passion Fruit (song) are distinct per WP:SMALLDETAILS; hat notes between these two differently-spelled articles will be a better method of helping readers than adding verbiage to the titles.--Cúchullain t/c 14:07, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Passionfruit (song)[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Passionfruit (song)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 07:53, 31 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
