Proposed addition

In 2015 a complete renovation was completed, restoring several details to those originally designed by architect Ralph Adams Cram. In addition, an older organ in the chancel was replaced by a restored 1929 instrument by Earnest M. Skinner. ^[1]

Despite the inordinate verbosity of the provided reference,^[a] it's not entirely clear from the proposed text whether the funds raised were for the restoration of the parish, of an organ, or both. Please clarify.

the funds were actually raised separately (but concurrently), as the restoration fund needed to be sequestered, i.e., not co-mingled, due to a private grants based on parish-raised pledges reaching a particular threshhold. The organ - the church's second, joining a large instrument at the back of the church - would be 'the project' you are asking about, but the article's prose is a little florid here. Also, All Saints is 'a church' but it is not 'All Saints Church.' The organization is not known that way. On the website of the Diocese of Mass., the actual owner of the property, it is listed as "the Parish of" despite the plethora of churches listed as "Such-and-such Church." It's your website, but for accuracy, it's the Parish of All Saints, not All Saints Church. Perhaps language such as "The Parish of All Saints is an anglocatholic church in the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts" or some such.
