Not quite right[edit]

The entire biographical section is more of a resumé than a biography. Pandarsson (talk) 09:22, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Huh?[edit]

There is something seriously wrong with this article. There is a huge body of repetitive text that reads almost like garbage. Even the text below in this talk page is completely irrelevant. Should the entire article just be rewritten? AstarothCY 19:38, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Irrelevant[edit]

Copyright violations aren't OK on talk pages either. Content removed. --Alvestrand 20:21, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reverting[edit]

Much of the foregoing is taken verbatim from [1]. The latest edits to the main article consisted largely of adding such copyvio material and quoting excessively from views that were already stated, so I've reverted. Some of the biographical information could legitimately be added, but it shouldn't be plagiarized and it shouldn't use vanity phrases like "Dr. Zavos is recognized worldwide as a true pioneer...." JamesMLane 18:15, 10 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Another copyvio reversion[edit]

I have reverted the article to its March 30 version, before the copyright violation from [2] was added. Please do not reinsert; it will be reverted again. --Alvestrand 20:19, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

speedy deletion please[edit]

i'd like to second the notice that this article reads like an advertisement. it doesn't belong on wikipedia. 99.233.152.171 (talk) 09:08, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

POV tag[edit]

This concerns POV tag cleanup. Whenever an POV tag is placed, it is necessary to also post a message in the discussion section stating clearly why it is thought the article does not comply with POV guidelines, and suggestions for how to improve it. This permits discussion and consensus among editors. This is a drive-by tag, which is discouraged in WP, and it shall be removed. Future tags should have discussion posted as to why the tag was placed, and how the topic might be improved. Better yet, edit the topic yourself with the improvements. This statement is not a judgement of content, it is only a cleanup of frivolously and/or arbitrarily placed tags. No discussion, no tag.Jjdon (talk) 00:57, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced/false claims removed[edit]

I removed obvious false statements on dr Zavos' renome as a scientist. He's mostly considered a charlatane, so there's no reason for keeping bullshit on Wikipedia. Pamejudd (talk) 14:24, 26 April 2009 (UTC)pamejudd[reply]

Article desperately needs cites[edit]

Article is in terrible shape. We need to cite everything to reliable third-party sources (WP:CITE, WP:VERIFY), e.g, not Dr Zavos' own web site.
This is simply Wikipedia policy and has nothing to do with whether we personally like Dr Zavos or not. -- 201.37.230.43 (talk) 22:18, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WPMED[edit]

This person does not appear to be a licensed physician, and WPMED does not normally support biographies. WhatamIdoing (talk) 16:11, 28 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

SCIENCE CHANNEL DOCUMENTARY[edit]

A human cloning Docu. with Zavos as the main subject to show the different aspect of human cloning and the opposition to it . This may offer a good source of info. Just wanted to make people aware it was out there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.74.144.252 (talk) 03:37, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

entire article is garbage[edit]

This is one huge puff piece. And to reference #11, it doesn't really matter what it says in that paper because it is absurdly inappropriate to rebuck or dismiss a criticism of a man by referencing a paper by that man. So I'm going to remove that line, and if someone disagrees please come up with a way good reason, because you need a MUCH better reference for the kind of garbage this line is spewing. 173.26.55.148 (talk) 09:59, 12 March 2011 (UTC)miah tu mama tonto[reply]
