Globalize[edit]

The description of palm syrup production in the Canary Islands is wonderful! But production may be very similar in the other regions around the world where it is produced. --Una Smith (talk) 01:15, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hang on, there is ALREADY an entry for "palm sugar", and this seems to be just the same, except that "palm honey" and "palm syrup" is a more literal translation from the Spanish spoken by Canarian producers...
