Untitled[edit]

The level of detail on this page is far more than an encyclopaedia would normally be expected to contain, let alone maintain. No sources are provided for any assertions or claims. The grammar needs work. I think this article needs to be looked at with a view to restructuring it top-down, and then built up with distilled information from the article plus any that comes from sources (library materials, government publications etc). Garigal clan of Guringai speaking people[edit]

There is a problem with this: The Aboriginal Heritage Office (2015) ("Filling a void") indicates speaking of "Guringai" speakers is entirely problematic. On the other hand they (currently) deem "Garigal" as appropriate for denoting this mob. So perhaps we should leave it at "Garigal clan"? MargaretRDonald (talk) 21:20, 18 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

RJ Hordern[edit]

I can find no reference to an RJ Hordern. I can for an A.J. Hordern of the Horden family. It would be good to have a reference for "Hordern and Wiltshire Parks and Mackay Reserve were donated by RJ Hordern, who lived at Kalua, opposite the beach." I can also find a reference for the fact that Kalua was built and owned by the Hordern family... but nothing about land donations or for an RJ Hordern MargaretRDonald (talk) 18:22, 31 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

190 bus route[edit]

Can the transport section be changed to remove reference to the 190 bus, which has been discontinued? Also L90 destination should be changed from Railway Square to Wynyard I think. @WWGB: Teraplane (talk) 07:15, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
