Uses on wikipedia[edit]

Is it possible to use PCR file or PDF file with embedded 3D data included directly in Wikipedia? If I will upload such PDF file (under a free license, of course), will it be viewable to everybody? no mobipocket?[edit]

Prc file is mobipocket ebook file format as well. Or not?
