Great article[edit]

Had no idea there was so much to know about this artist. Very well-written and organized. Good work.

In the Roger Waters song "Perfect Sense, Part I" mentioned in the article, Ms. Arnold actually sings the lead, but only for the second half of the song. Mr. Waters sings the first half, then she takes over. I dunno if it's worth specifying this.

There's that, and then the double bridge of "Mother" on the "In the Flesh Live" CD/DVD . . . and then, the Dark Side of the Moon Live concerts featured both those songs, plus "The Great Gig in the Sky". All would be examples of lead singing. --Ben Culture (talk) 16:20, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chicago Manual of Style[edit]

i know that in high quality typography (applied to mass text, in print) there should be a space between the P.s; but *not a full one*. One would use a small space (a quarter space maybe?). The current problem is that in webpages there are only full spaces available, and these are too big, conclusion is: you better use no space than one that is too big. It must not become a *fixed rule* in the wikipedia to add a space between abbreviated first names, it should at least left open or discussable. generally I'd *recommend* using no space. Initials standing for given names are followed by a period and a word space. A period is normally used even if the middle initial does not stand for a name (as in Harry S. Truman). (M. F. K. Fisher, so spaced, is one of the examples.) No mention of half-spaces at all (quite sensibly, since they serve no function).

Even if they did recommend half-spaces, we should not comply with it; we are not typeset, and we are supposed to be the encyclopedia everyone can read; half-spaces cannot be typed, and do not render on far too many systems. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 01:30, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sentence about Dr Robert / Blow Monkeys is incomplete.[edit]
