Can you clarify?[edit]

...the resolution asks Missouri residents to stop spelling Kansas or "KU" with a capital letter because "neither is a proper name or a proper place".

I can't make any sense of this statement. Can you explain it? (Although it's referenced, I can't open the relevant file.) Valetude (talk) 10:21, 27 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
