Restructure of article[edit]

I have restructured the article to clarify the differences between the 1915 and 1953 orders, which were awarded on a different basis. Grateful if others could check to ensure completely clear and accurate. Hsq7278 16:55, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
