Article requires renaming to "Order For Maritime Achievement" to more correctly convey the award's description and title in Russian. "Naval" is too narrow. The defined criteria encompass all aspects of "maritime" endeavor. Also, "achievement" is more correct than "merit" - again, due to the criteria description.Moryak (talk) 17:39, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

IMHO, the criteria confirm the term "Naval". Read carefully, all deeds mentioned are aimed at national defence and are related to the military navy or the federal governement in some way. Fdutil (talk) 11:49, 10 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
