• "destroyed two existing manors" How? Were they city-owned or eminent domained?

• " It comprises the Bronx's only beach" is an awkward sentence.
  • Fixed.
• Source 5 is dead, also, no need to shout.
  • Fixed, and also decapitalized the rest of the sources.
