Presence of other tissue[edit]

There are traces of scleral fibers at the disc, forming with a cribiform pattern, to allow the nerve and vessels to pass. Avkrules (talk) 06:22, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Merging with blind spot[edit]

Hello, the blind spot is caused by the optic disk. Strictly speaking, one causes the other, but in practice, those pages talk about the same thing. I think we should merge. NicGambarde (talk) 15:00, 27 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
