Hey @Mccapra:. Thank you you for reviewing this article. I have tried to address the notability concerns as I've added independent and reliable sources that address him in depth here and here. These sources 1 2 also describe him as a pioneer in 'the local development and production of innovative, appropriate medical devices' which means he meets WP:NACADEMIC#1. Kindly help review.
