Loans for the Russian Empire?[edit]

In a 1916 article of the New York Times it seemed to suggest he was getting loans for the Russian Empire (during WWI) before he was allegedly financing the Bolsheviks. I couldn't access the full clipping however. Maybe worth investigating. VintageVernacular (talk) 07:34, 31 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
