Worthwhile material? I ask because every enlisted person receives a "Good Conduct Medal" as long as they stay out of trouble. Similarly, the fact that a unit receives an "outstanding unit" award does not reflect positively on particular individuals of the units. This info should be deleted as non-noteworthy.--S.
