Removed term "haole" and link.[edit]

The term "haole" was being used to describe "English seamen" with a link to Wikipedia's "haole" page. The term is frequently used in a derogatory manner towards Caucasians so it's not appropriate for an encyclopedia article about a drink from Hawaii.
