Tautology?[edit]

The Ojibway Nation of Saugeen First Nation is surely tautologous, particular since the word nation suggests sovereignty. One sovereignty under another? Tis but a single word, and yet...

In 1995, the Ojibway Nation of Saugeen withdrew from the First Nation with whom they had been grouped and became sovereign: The Ojibway Nation of Saugeen is an Ojibway First Nation.

Did they not then become the: Ojibway of Saugeen First Nation? Is that problematic?

The analogy would be with the Ojibway of Onigaming First Nation. There is another Saugeen First Nation, so unlike the Onigaming First Nation, the title of the Ojibway of Saugeen First Nation could not be reduced and simplified.
