Untitled[edit]

This page should be merged with Odakyu Electric Railway page.

  • I Oppose with merging this page with the Odakyu Electric Railway page, it does not make sense to do so. The line deserves its own seperate page. Limitedexpresstrain 23:31, 24 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose: As per Limitedexpresstrain above. Odakyu Electric Railway also operates the Enoshima Line which, when created, needs to be a separate article also. As a general rule for any train articles, the various lines and the company which operates them, need to be on separate articles. For example, the Tokyo Metro operates 8 separate lines, and so there are 9 separate articles (1 for each line, and 1 for the company).--Endroit 00:25, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose The company and its lines are distinct and merit separate articles. Compare to Coca Cola and The Coca-Cola Company etc. Fg2 04:25, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Individual Station Pages[edit]

While there is a case for large rail terminals to be included, there doesn't seem to be a case for its inclusion. There needs to be a careful choice of the most important stations. Wikipedia is not a directory after all, as per WP:NOT#DIR.--Shakujo 08:35, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Picture in infobox[edit]

While certainly good looking, the Romancecar is not the norm on the Odakyū Odawara Line. The picture in the infobox should be replaced by a picture of a regular train in my opinion. bamse (talk) 08:00, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, be bold. I think that the Romancecar is the "flagship" train of Odakyu, so using it in the infobox makes sense. But if you can find a better image, feel free to replace it. How about this one? armagebedar (talk) 03:32, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
