Pseudoknot a secondary structural element?[edit]

Isn't a pseudoknot an example of a tertiary structural motif, since it's formed by two interacting helices? In the classic pseudoknot, the hairpin loop pairs with a complementary sequence next to the hairpin stem to form a contiguous coaxially stacked helix (Kuriyan et al, Molecules of Life).
