NPOV[edit]
As per the Pen Farthing article, this article appears to have been written by Pen Farthing who started the charity, lacks reliable sources and is not NPOV. SuzannaQ (talk) 10:19, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
Notability?[edit]
This is a tiny charity (at most £1 million) which is not notable or newsworthy in itself but only as appended to the controversy over the Pen Farthing Kabul evacuation. Suggest adding anything in here useful to Pen Farthing article and deleting. The charity is not in its own right notable. The article is poorly written as per SuzannaQ comment above and I suspect just to publicise said charity.SandrinaHatman (talk) 20:25, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
- The question is whether it is the charity, or Farthing as an individual, that is notable. Perhaps, neither are - it is the events involving them that are notable. The email that is now the subject of political controversy in the UK - here - refers to "the Nowzad animal charity", not to Farthing. The two articles should probably be merged and combined in an article about the events of August/September 2021 and subsequent controversy, with relevant material about both the charity and Farthing as background.
