Lead and infobox
  • Please add ALT text for the infobox image.
  • I am not sure if this part (, a somewhat disappointing showing for the band.) is necessary. Unless you have a source to support this, it reads more like an opinion. I think that the previous part on the chart placement by itself conveys that it was a rather disappointing showing without this.
  • I would use Smith’s full name on the first mention (i.e. Ross “Clancy” Smith).
  • You can refer to Springfield by his last name after you first introduce him. I notice in the lead that you say his full name a few times.
Background and recording
  • Could you add a more descriptive phrase in front of John Einarson other than “author” as it is a little vague?
  • For this part (his apartment in New York), do you mean New York City?
Release and reception
  • For this part (while AllMusic declared), include the name of the person writing for AllMusic.
Other renditions
  • For this part (Highly orchestrated, Unterberger), the beginning phrase is connected with the subject, so it literally means that Unterberger is “highly orchestrated”. Revise the sentence to avoid this.
  • Include the year in which Forever Changes was released.
References
  • Please revise the title of Reference 17 as it should not be in all caps.
Final thoughts
  • Great work with this article. I will pass this after my comments are addressed. Aoba47 (talk) 19:29, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Aoba47 thank you for reviewing this. Before I get started, are you referring to Buffalo Springfield here: "You can refer to Springfield by his last name after you first introduce him"? Buffalo Springfield is the name of the band; I don't believe I can go by just "Springfield" because that isn't a commonly-used abbreviation of the group. Anyways, I'll get to work shortly. Thanks again!TheGracefulSlick (talk) 19:51, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thank you for addressing this. I honestly have never heard of Buffalo Springfield before reading this article (I forget that they were band actually when writing that comment ><), so I agree with your point so you can refer to them by the full band name for the reasons stated above. Verdict
