I don't understand this phrase. The sentence in the archived source is U rujnu 2003., za župnika don Ljube Pavića, na crkvi i sakristiji uklonjen je stari krov i postavljen novi s bakrenim olucima i saniranom preslicom (copied from [1], click on the "Crkve" tab). Google translate offers "...and repaired horsetail"; The Wiktionary entry confirms that this Serbo-Croation word can mean "distaff" or "horsetail".
