Noguera Ribagorzana (river) → Noguera Ribagorzana – Noguera Ribagorzana (river) and the Catalan-Spanish double-name Noguera Ribagorzana/Noguera Ribagorçana (river) which redirects to the page should follow the naming convention for Spanish geographic entities. Comment - Unfortunately we have no such thing, Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Spain & Spanish-related articles is a construction site, Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names) doesn't cover this.
