media hoax?[edit]

Do these Nipsters really exist or is this some made up nonsense? Yes, it is a funny story. But the media has only shown a picture of these two guys from the Magdeburg demonstration (the speaker with the long hair and the other with the beard and the yoghurt-backback), but are there other nipsters? Has anyone spotted one? It's not made up nonsense, but a massive exaggeration and media phenomen. There never was a real movement, just a few of them.

This article fails to connect[edit]

Naturalism and preservation of Germanic nature formed a very strong part of the pre-war German ideology and were central to Nazism. The adoption of environmental causes by some of today's Nazis is not a curious anomaly but a resurgence, and in fact warrants a very public separation of environmentalists from any and all non-environmentalist ideologies. Otherwise what happens is well meaning people go about opening the door for those who promulgate insidious hatred. Excellent point. Environmentalism is of course a Good Thing, but only up to a point (like advocacy for animal welfare that doesn't anthropomorphise animals), while overbearing animal activism (think PETA) often masks misanthropy (many Bambi-huggers exhibit worrying racist tendencies, like when they rage against Chinese, Muslims and Jews, and sometimes gloat about poor Africans, and their agitation against meat-eaters, farmers, butchers and especially hunters is often startlingly hateful), as it did in the case of the historical Nazis – their animal glorification was a way to minimise the suffering of their human victims. --Florian Blaschke (talk) 22:42, 6 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Smearpiece with little relevance stated as a confirmed fact?[edit]

Hi there! I've got a problem about this article, which at best just seem to be at best a naive leftist ideologue contribution, or at worst just a joke to serve a ideological punch.

This idea of a "Nipster" came from a video from a news media outlet with little to no info if there ever is a subculture like this. The only thing they could prove for sure was that one nazi in a crowd wore stereotypical "hipster clothes". Not like the hipsters we got in Sweden nor the ones in Brooklyn, just very stereotypical early 2010's meme hipster clothes. Theres been ,to my knowlegde, nobody in the national socialist clique thats been trying to identify with this subculture which is predominant leftist. Nor does it come up from any discussions within any right wing forums. You can take a look for yourself if you're truly commited to your duty's at this site

Anyway, This article has lost a lot of relevance since the video about the supposed phenomena was about, or any of the other sources for that matter. In order to serve the meaning that Wikipedia has, to serve as objective non partisan source of information, this article should either be removed or be formulated in a way as to acknowlegde that this is just a media fabrication.

If not, then i think we could resume to make a article about "Soy Boys" just to set ther bar equally low...
