note that google books have a tendency to dissapear, and theres a big lawsuit involving googlebooks and authors who sued it for copyright infringement. These specific dictionaries are so old I believe that are in public domain, being over 100 years old already.04:15, 19 May 2011 (UTC)

and Kessinger Publishing is also yanking these books out of our view for their own prophet, downloading these books Google has digitized, slapping on an ISBN number, and taking it out of public domain. Then they get to charge money for a previously free, public domain book.

Controversy Some of the books that are now being re-printed by Kessinger are no longer freely available to download. It is noted that Kessinger reprinted books are becoming restricted from 'full view' on Google Books. If only one edition of the book was printed, and is now being re-printed by Kessinger, it may no longer available to view or download. This is forcing readers to buy physical copies of hard to find books that would otherwise be in the public domain.

You can manually save each page, but that would take about the rest of your life to accomplish. And then putting it together would be a nightmare.

And since some of these books were printed from kessinger, they can be obtain by ordering from there, but rescanning them would be a pain. the least we can do is to leave these books in the "further reading section", both the old copies from over 100 years ago, and the recently reprinted copies by Kessinger and other companies, which have ISBN numbers.ΔΥΝΓΑΝΕ (talk) 02:44, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

For example, these two are later editions of the book I already mentioned above, "The Ningpo Sullabary". The first of these two was reprinted by Kessinger publishing in 2010, and has isbn number 1120909201, so its easy to catalogue.ΔΥΝΓΑΝΕ (talk) 05:24, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And ΔΥΝΓΑΝΕ, is the "template thing", you are talking about, the "cite book" thing? (i copied one down here and stripped it bare)

and in addition, since they are free of copyright (over one century old, some of them over 150 years), can they not be placed on Wikisource or Wikiversity in full view?
