Notes on Potential Issues i Saw When Reading This[edit]

I think Reference 2 is a dead link, needs necromanced
Also " All documents about Night Train were considered classified by the __Russian military__ until 2002, when the Department of Defense (DOD) released medically relevant information of all the chemical and biological warfare agent tests conducted under Project 112." Should it be the USA military, or is that correct?

I don't have the time to dive into all this now, but i was passing by, and now that i have an account, i thought it couldn't hurt to point this out to others working here and/or mark it so i fix it myself later.
