Partly surrounded?[edit]

The lead of the article says Newnes is "...partly surrounded by the Wollemi National Park". Partly surrounded doesn't make sense - it is either surrounded or not. Any thoughts? MurfleMan (talk) 06:56, 7 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
