Change of Intersection Template[edit]

Remove incorrect name of road (Valley View Drive)[edit]

This article has always had NY 962J identified as Valley View Drive. While Valley View Drive had its northwestern terminus moved to align with the new road NY 962J (accomplished by demolishing a house), it was not extended to cross the Susquehanna River and there is no sign at NY 434 identifying it as such. I have verified this with the Town of Owego Highway Department and the Owego Town Supervisor. I plan to remove the references to Valley View Drive, except as a NY 962J terminus with NY 17C and Valley View Drive. I'll also change "street" to "road" since a street by definition is typically in a city or town and has buildings along it; neither applies here.
