Would have overlapped I-390??[edit]

I think it's much more likely that they didn't want to raise NY 258 and then have to raise it again several years later to bridge over I-390. Are you sure the newspaper articles say they were to overlap? --NE2 19:54, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
