Doesn't this medal have an image of Teddy Roosevelt in it, as he was the city's first police commissioner? -unsigned by User:Matthew238

The picture on this page comes from the NYPD Homepage. I dont know about the older versions of the medal. -Husnock 15:58, 21 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Is there anyway we can see a list of recipients and a brief description of what the medal was awarded for?
