What is my CATEGORY.... where do I stand[edit]

I am born and raised in Hong Kong of Nepali citizen father and mother.

I got my Hong Kong permanent ID in 1992 by Birth Right. According to the text from Wikipedia, the free encyclopaedia "After the handover in 1997, their (Gurkha Soldiers') siblings were granted rights of abode in Hong Kong." Timeline does not match up. It means through 1992-1997 I didn't had the right of abode in Hong Kong? How about The British Nationality 1981 Act?

I got my Nepali Citizenship in 1995 by DESCENT. But Nepal does not recognise dual citizenship. So, Do I or Do I not get the citizenship? If NOT then am I not a DESCENT of a Nepali Citizen Father or Mother? also, then I have been committing a crime using illegal document to enter in Nepal education system, gain passport, open bank accounts, property registry, marriage registry, etc. Ultimately entering Hong Kong with Illegal Passport in 1995.

And what is NRN? Who is NRN? Does NRN applies to me? I was born legally under the British Empire in 1979 before NRN here in Hong Kong (no pun intended) So, why should I be categorised more. Who is our true representatives representing me in this issue?

I asked my father, he says," Son, this is your fight." I asked my Father in Law, he said, " aba Rabi justo thulo manxe huney bhaye farak parthyo, kehi pani hunna." (If you were a political individual like Rabi Lamichaney then it might have affected you but you are nobody so don't worry.

Therefore, Where do I stand? Subashgurung1979 (talk) 06:51, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
