Naming?[edit]

Can anyone help on the naming of this school and district? I.e., where does the name come, and can you find reliable sources to back it up? tedder (talk) 00:03, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The name is taken from nearby Neahkahnie Mountain and means, "The place of the supreme deity." Visitor7 (talk) 23:07, 29 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
