Comments[edit]

1.

  • Minas Morgul is a circular link
Removed.
  • Like with Merry Brandybuck, Tolkien character is italicized in the infobox, which probably isn't the best stylization
Removed.
  • Link Eowyn
Linked.
  • "breaking off a piece of it in the Hobbit's flesh" - Two things. Hobbit is a duplink, and it's lowercase in other usages.
Removed.
  • Cracks of Doom redirects to the top of the Mount Doom page, so it's essentially a duplink
Removed.
  • "In The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy (2001–2003)" - I'm not sure that the links to 2001 in film and 2003 in film are really relevant
Removed.
  • The Shire is a duplink
Removed.

2.

  • For the in-popular-culture material, it's generally considered best not to only cite it to the primary source for the reference - the game, movie, etc. Since popular culture references should only be mentioned if they're significant, citing those to secondary sources helps weed out the insignificant ones. There's a number of these. If you object to this, I can ask for a second opinion.
Fixed.
  • What's ref 17 (secondary)? It says it's a file you can't access
Replaced ref.
  • Ref 6 (secondary) has formatting issues, it's formatting as a "see this" instead of as a citation
Fixed.

3.

  • You describe how their sight is different. If I recall correctly, Aragorn says something in FOTR about their sense of smell. If I'm remembering right, maybe that should be mentioned.
Added.
