UK National Trails and U.S. National Trails System[edit]

To avoid confusion when searching for articles I propose the following:

National Trails be renamed United Kingdom National Trails.
National Trails System be renamed United States National Trails System.
National Trails becomes a disambiguation page which links to both articles.
I would update all other article so that they linked to the correct article after renaming.
