Portuguese NOT NHRP eligible?[edit]

My understanding is that the Portuguese (and Portugal) are NOT considered eligible under NHRP guidelines as Portuguese are neither Hispanic (Spanish speaking) nor Latino (from Latin America). Am I correct? 74.96.119.5 (talk) 16:31, 27 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
